The Challenges
You will assist the Manager, Operations in all staff-related training and development activities so as to ensure maximization of all staff’s work potential resulting in the efficient use of manpower resources within Healthcare Group Diagnostics. You are required to conceptualise the key training programme and execute the Total Training Plan for the year. You will be responsible for maintaining training records database and providing statistical feedback on training performance indicators. You will also source for and liaise with the internal or external training providers.
The Requirements
· Bachelor degree from a recognised university with specialization in HRD.
· At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
· Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Possess good analytical skills and decision making capability for problem solving.
· Confident, resilient, result-oriented and a team player.
· Able to handle multiple projects concurrently and work independently within minimum supervision.
Working location: Commonwealth
