The Challenges
You will develop, implement, coordinate, deliver and evaluate the training activities of the Institute of Nursing Education & Training. You will need to collaborate with the Healthcare Group institutions to identify the training needs of staff. You will also assist the Head of INET in administrative matters like budget tracking, report compilation and provide secretariat support for INET committees.
The Requirements
· A certificate/diploma in nursing and a degree in nursing
· Current practising certificate as a registered nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board
· At least 6 years of clinical experience, of which 2 years spent teaching in either clinical or academic settings. Teaching and post-basic qualifications are an advantage
· Computer literacy skills – MS WORD, EXCEL and Powerpoint are a minimum.
· Possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, supervisory and team player qualities. Adaptable, goal-oriented, self-starter who is pro-active and able to work independently and under pressure with the passion for teaching.
