You will be part of the administration team to co-ordinate and provide support in performing general administrative and clerical duties. Your job scope will include the coordination of meetings, conferences and compilation of reports. You will also be required to maintain and update databases related to the activities of The Heart Institute and its related administrative areas, as well as other general duties.
Requirements:
• At least GCE ‘A’ Levels or Diploma in Business Administration, Computer Science or related fields
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential
• Possess a positive, proactive and can-do working attitude, with initiative and flexibility
• Meticulous, with an analytical mind and strong communication, interpersonal and organisation skills
• Pleasant and easy-going personality
