Accountant

The Challenges
Reporting to the Assistant Finance Manager, you will be responsible for all GL daily activities and closing activities during every end of the month, quarter and year, ensuring adherence to internal controls and compliance procedures. You will be required to prepare and review management and financial analysis reports, the annual budget, and assist in external and internal financial audits. You will also be responsible for inter-company and bank reconciliations.
The Requirements
• Recognised tertiary/professional qualification in Accountancy
• At least 3 years of relevant accounting/finance experience
• Able to identify and resolve issues, meet deadlines, results-oriented
• Strong interpersonal skills including people management, team player and communication
• SAP Knowledge preferred
• Organised, meticulous and able to work independently
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work under pressure
• A hands-on team player with a “can do” and positive attitude
